The user can at any time request from the Heimbiotop GbR information concerning personal data stored. For this purpose the user can forward a written request to the Heimbiotop GbR. This also applies to order-related data, which we store until the entire order has been processed. All data will be deleted 2 years after the last order. If it is customers wish, data can be deleted earlier. For this purpose send a written request to the Heimbiotop GbR.
