Customer’s right to withdrawal and to return

Customers are entitled to cancel their purchase without giving a reason within 14 days by express declaration of a cancellation order in text form (e.g. by letter or email) or by sending the goods back. The 14 day period begins with the date of receipt of the goods or - if send later - this instruction in text form, but not before fulfilment of our obligation to inform you according to article 246 § 2 in combination with § 1 Abs. 1 and  2 EGBGB and our obligation according to § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in combination with article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
